WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS 

The products sold by Provence belong to the category of perishables and based on no. 2144/2013, article 3l on consumer rights, they are excluded from the consumer's right of withdrawal. Therefore, Provence for the protection of public hygiene cannot accept returns on the products sold on its website. 

However, Provence may refund the purchase price for products delivered that are proven to be defective as a result of its negligence, and without tampering with their packaging, and provided that the product has been properly stored. In this case, it returns the corresponding price within 10 working days while maintaining the discretion to request their return at its own expense in the cost of shipping and with the appropriate means that will defend the rules of hygiene. PROVENCE recommends that you check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In any case and due to the vulnerability of the products it sells, claims for compensation for defects will not be accepted when they are made 24 hours upon their receipt.
